Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Sr/Staff/PR/MTS FE OCT CPEE Spares Eng Lead to drive end-to-end spares programs across the global manufacturing network, improving availability, cost, quality, and resilience.

You will partner with FE central planning, fab planning, OCT, SMAI, and regional teams; travel as required; apply data-driven decision making and AI literacy to create scalable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or a related engineering discipline
• At least three years of semiconductor industry experience, preferably in spares or process/equipment engineering
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing operations and data-driven decision making
• Experience leading engineering programs or cross-functional improvement initiatives
• Proficiency with Excel/Power BI; familiarity with Python and AI concepts helpful

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Spares Engineering programs across cost, productivity, quality, and supply resilience
• Set and execute global category strategies including lifetime extension and alternate sourcing
• Translate business priorities into program charters, governance, roadmaps, milestones, and success measures
• Collaborate with sites, planning, supply chain, suppliers, and leadership; manage dependencies and risks
• Lead external benchmarking and drive scalable improvements for the network
