You will build planning tools and dashboards to improve visibility, forecasting, and decision-making for manufacturing space and infrastructure utilization. The role focuses on driving automation and AI initiatives that enhance throughput, equipment utilization, and operational agility, partnering with stakeholders to deploy predictive analytics

Responsibilities

• Digital Transformation Leadership: Develop and execute digital transformation strategies aligned with operational objectives. Build business cases, value realization frameworks, and roadmaps.
• Space & Utilities Planning Transformation: Lead digitalization of planning processes; create tools and dashboards for visibility, forecasting, and decision-making.
• Max-Out Automation & AI Initiatives: Lead automation and AI projects to improve throughput and decision support with predictive analytics and intelligent workflows.
• Program & Stakeholder Management: Lead cross-functional programs with executive updates, governance, and change management.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Transformation Leadership Develop and execute digital transformation strategies aligned with A&T operational and business objectives. Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and enhance business processes through AI, advanced analytics, and workflow automation. Build business cases, value realization frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
• Space & Utilities Planning Transformation Lead the digitalization and systemization of Space & Utilities Planning processes. Develop planning tools and dashboards that improve visibility, forecasting, and decision-making for manufacturing space and infrastructure utilization.
• Max-Out Automation & AI Initiatives Lead automation and AI projects that improve throughput, productivity, equipment utilization, and operational agility. Drive digital solutions that eliminate manual processes and enhance planning, reporting, and decision support. Partner with stakeholders to deploy predictive analytics, intelligent workflows, and AI-enabled decision-making tools.
• Program & Stakeholder Management Lead cross-functional transformation programs across Operations, Engineering, Facilities, IT, and Supply Chain. Provide executive updates, transformation dashboards, and project governance. Drive change management, user adoption, and benefit realization.
