Job summary

ABER CARE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a qualified nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, including medication administration and wound care.

• Monitor vital signs and report abnormalities or changes in residents' conditions.
• Coordinate medical appointments, referrals, and follow‑up care with healthcare professionals.
• Work closely with doctors, allied health professionals, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control standards and workplace safety.
• Provide health education and emotional support to residents and their families.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous nursing education programmes.
