Job summary

ABER CARE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a registered nurse to monitor residents’ vital signs, assist with grooming and hygiene, and play a central role in providing nursing care to residents.

You will support doctors, senior nurses, and the assistant manager to deliver preventive and curative medical services on rotating shifts. The role involves supervising nursing aides and health attendants, ensuring care delivery follows nursing policies and procedures, and contributing to emergency

Qualifications

• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
• Diploma / Degree in Nursing.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience.
• Rotating Shift Duties.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents’ vital signs and observe changes in condition.
• Assist with personal grooming and hygiene of residents.
• Provide nursing care and support to residents under supervision of doctors and senior staff.
• Assist doctors, senior nurses, and the assistant manager in delivering preventive and curative medical services.
• Incharge of general health of residents and supervision of nursing aides and health attendants.
• Ensure care delivery and nursing interventions align with established nursing policies and procedures.
• Assist and participate in emergency situations within the Home.
