Job summary

PeopleSolve is seeking a Clinic Nurse for the Women Centre in Singapore. The role involves assisting specialists, delivering patient care, and performing nursing procedures in a dynamic clinical setting.

Ideal candidates are registered nurses with SNB approval, holding or pursuing a post-basic qualification. The position requires empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time and communicate effectively within a team.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a Registered Nurse with SNB approval.
• Post-basic certificate/advanced diploma is preferred.
• Caring and empathetic with attention to patient needs.
• Good time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Specialists during clinical consultations and procedures as required.
• Coordinate with Specialists and follow clinical instructions promptly.
• Perform nursing procedures like blood sampling, injections, and dressings.
• Observe infection control practices in patient care.
• Handle clinic reception duties including patient registration and payments.
• Support smooth clinic operations and administrative duties.
• Attend emergency calls and assist doctors as needed.
• Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

What Were Looking For

• Someone who is caring, has empathy, and can pay attention to the details, for the needs of their patients.
• Good time management skills, can solve problems, and able to communicate well.
• Registered Nurse from recognized training institution as approved by the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Possess a valid BCLS or CPR/AED certification.
• Post-basic Certificate/ Advance Diploma is preferred
• Available to perform rotating shifts, including half day on Saturday.

About The Role

• Assist Specialists during clinical consultation, including administering procedures as required
• Work closely with Specialists and follow through with clinical instructions promptly and accurately to coordinate and provide quality care for patients.
• Perform general nursing procedures like blood sampling, injections and dressing.
• Observe strict infection control practices in the care of patients.
• Perform clinic reception duties including patient registration, payment collection and administrative duties relating to patients.
• Assist in the smooth running of clinic operations
• Assist doctors and attend to emergency calls whenever necessary.
• Any other duties determined by the Supervisor.
