Job summary

PeopleSolve is seeking a Clinic Nurse for the Bukit Panjang Cluster to deliver personalized patient care and ensure smooth clinic operations. The role involves coordinating care, supporting doctors, and maintaining documentation in patient charts.

Applicants should hold a Diploma or Bachelor's in Nursing with a valid SNB Practising Certificate and be willing to work at least three rotating shifts on the roster to support patient needs within the cluster.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Valid Practising Certificate with SNB is required.
• Willingness to rotate through at least three shifts on a roster.

Responsibilities

• Administer professional nursing care to patients.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and procedures.
• Coordinate patient care for an assigned group of patients.
• Perform clinical nursing tasks such as IV cannulation, venipuncture, IV administration and ECG monitoring as needed.
• Accurately record patient progress, treatment and medication records.
• Assist doctors and respond to emergency calls when necessary.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for patients.
• Assist with counter registration, medication packing and other assigned duties.
• Assist with clinic opening and closing procedures.
• Complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.

About the Role

• Join a team of well-trained professional staff to administer personalized and quality patient care.
• Provide professional nursing care, educate patients and their family, and perform related duties as required.
• Coordinate patient care and provide quality nursing care for an assigned group of patients.
• Demonstrate competency in clinical nursing skills and knowledge such as performing IV cannulation, venipuncture for blood sampling, IV administration of medical fluids, ECG monitoring and interpretation.
• Record and maintain proper accurate documentation of patient's progress and management rendered in the notes, medication records and charts.
• Assists doctors and attend to emergency calls whenever necessary.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment to the patients.
• To assist with counter registration, pack medication, and other work to be assigned.
• To assist with opening and closing of the clinic.
• Complete ad-hoc tasks and other duties, as assigned by supervisor.

Assignment to be extended subject to mutual agreement.
