Job summary

PeopleSolve is seeking a Clinic Nurse for Tampines Cluster to deliver personalized patient care and educate patients and families. You will coordinate care, perform nursing duties including IV procedures and ECG monitoring, and maintain accurate documentation of each patient’s progress.

The role requires a Nursing degree with a valid SNB Practising Certificate, a caring approach, attention to detail, and a willingness to work rotating shifts in a clinic setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care and educate patients and families.
• Coordinate patient care and document progress accurately.

• Assist doctors and respond to emergency calls as needed.

About the job Clinic Nurse (Tampines Cluster)

About the Role

• Join a team of well-trained professional staff to administer personalized and quality patient care.
• Provide professional nursing care, educate patients and their family, and perform related duties as required.
• Coordinate patient care and provide quality nursing care for an assigned group of patients.
• Demonstrate competency in clinical nursing skills and knowledge such as performing IV cannulation, venipuncture for blood sampling, IV administration of medical fluids, ECG monitoring and interpretation.
• Record and maintain proper accurate documentation of patient's progress and management rendered in the notes, medication records and charts.
• Assists doctors and attend to emergency calls whenever necessary.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment to the patients.
• To assist with counter registration, pack medication, and other work to be assigned.
• To assist with opening and closing of the clinic.
• Complete ad-hoc tasks and other duties, as assigned by supervisor.

Assignment to be extended subject to mutual agreement.
