A Healing Heart Medical Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a competent Staff Nurse for a fast-paced private practice. You will perform venipuncture, ECGs, vaccines, wound care, and health screenings while ensuring high standards of patient care and triage.

The role requires SNB registration as a Staff Nurse with a recognised Diploma or Degree in Nursing, plus BCLS certification. You will support clinic operations and maintain infection control in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Proven venipuncture/blood-taking skills and ability to perform tasks independently.
• Experience in a private clinic environment with reliable attendance.
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) as a Staff Nurse with a recognised nursing qualification.

Responsabilités

• Perform venipuncture, ECGs, vaccinations, wound care and health screenings accurately.
• Welcome and triage patients, measure vital signs, reinforce doctor’s instructions for chronic disease management.
• Handle front counter operations including registration, queue management, billing and claims submissions.
• Manage clinic inventory, restock supplies, maintain cleanliness and infection control standards.

About the Role & Culture

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Lunch / Rest Break: 12:30 PM - 2:00 PM)
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• Sundays & Public Holidays: CLOSED

Core Responsibilities

• Clinical Excellence: Perform routine venipuncture (blood draw), ECGs, vaccination administration, wound care, and health screening procedures independently and accurately.
• Patient Care & Triage: Welcome patients, conduct accurate vital sign measurements, assist with patient assessment and triage, and reinforce doctor's instructions on chronic disease management.
• Front Counter Operations: Efficient registration, queue management, patient billing, and claim submissions.
• Clinic Operations: Manage inventory, restock supplies, inspect equipment, maintain clinic cleanliness, and uphold high standards of infection control and clinical hygiene.

Requirements (Must-Have)

• Proven Venipuncture / Blood-Taking Skills: Must be proficient and confident in performing blood draws independently from day one.
• Private Clinic Experience: Good track record, with a minimum of 2 years of working experience in a private clinic setting.
• Professional Registration: Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) as a Staff Nurse, with a recognised Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
• Certifications: Valid BCLS + AED certification
