Job summary

ATA Medical (Tanjong Pagar) PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable nurse to conduct pre-screening, perform nursing procedures, manage patient care, and support clinic operations.

Responsibilities include vital signs, injections, phlebotomy, vaccinations, EMR documentation, and ensuring a safe, efficient patient flow. The role involves collaboration with doctors and staff during screening, treatment, and corporate health screening events, with emphasis on patient safety and compliance with infection

• Clinic operations, patient flow and safety during procedures.
• Onsite/offsite health screening event participation.

Job description

1. Clinical Nursing Duties

• -Conduct pre-screening patient preparation andassessments
• -Independently perform nursing procedures including but notlimited to:
• -Vital signs and clinical parameters
• -Visual acuity, Tonometry, Retinal Photography
• -Electrocardiogram
• -Wound dressing
• -Spirometry
• -Stress Treadmill Test
• -Ultrasound Bone Density
• -Phlebotomy
• -Vaccinations
• -Intravenous Cannulation
• -Intravenous Infusion

2. Patient Care

• -Manage assigned patients independently during screeningprocess Identify critical clinical conditions and relevant action / escalationprotocol: Abnormal vital signs (hypotension, tachycardia, etc)
• -Abnormal biomarkers (elevated tumour markers, highpotassium,etc)
• -Abnormal ECGs
• -Collapsed patient (BCLS AED)
• -Competency in nurse counselling:
• -Patient reviews / chronic disease management / Lifestylecounselling
• -Injection Technique like GLP1-Receptor Agonists
• -Inhaler Technique
• -Vaccinations / Travel vaccinations

3. Clinic / Health Screening Operations

• -Teamwork: Work closely with doctors, fellow nurses, andoperations staff to maintain efficiency of clinic operations and smooth patientflow
• -Ensure safe and comfortable patient experience throughoutprocedures
• -Participate in onsite and offsite corporate healthscreening events (as needed basis)

4. Documentation/Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

• -Accurately record patient data, vitals, and nursing notesEnsure completeness and accuracy of EMR entries
• -Support preparation of screening documentation andreports

5. Equipment & Inventory Handling

• -Use and maintain clinical equipment properly
• -Monitor consumables and report shortages / expiry ofequipment Ensure proper infection control and equipment hygiene

6. Compliance & Safety

• -Adhere strictly to SOPS, MOH guidelines, and infectioncontrol standards Ensure patient safety during all procedures
• -Maintain confidentiality of patient information (PDPAcompliance)

7. Professional Standards

• -Upgrades with relevant courses
• -Maintains SNB Accreditation standards and CPE points
