Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board.
• Valid BCLS and AED certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
• Ensure telephone courtesy and timeliness of calls.
• Ensure handover of information is complete and timely.
• Monitor patient’s response to treatment and report changes to the health-care team.
• Maintain effective communication with patients, relatives, and multidisciplinary team.
• Assist doctors with patient and relative inquiries.
• Handle patient appointments, registration, and discharge efficiently.
• Attend seminars to maintain nursing practice standards.
• Participate in unit action plans to enhance engagement and performance.
• Resolve quality and service issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate core nursing skills as per assessment.
• Perform patient and family education and coach junior nurses.
• Supervise junior nursing staff in delivering care.
• Manage clinic supplies and consumables.
• Perform duties assigned by the Clinic manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers
• Ensure that telephone courtesy and timeliness of picking up calls are complied
• Ensure handover of information is complete and timely
• Monitor patient’s response to treatment / care and report changes in patient’s condition to relevant health-care team.
• To maintain effective communication with patients, relatives and other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure that appropriate information is shared and patient needs are met.
• Assist doctors in addressing patients’ and their relatives’ enquiries
• Performs efficient and accurate patient appointment making, registration and discharge
• To ensure current trends in nursing practice is maintained through attendance of regular seminars and professional affiliation.
• Participates in action plan for the unit to enhance employee engagement and maximize employee performance.
• Ensures customer satisfaction, resolves and follow through quality / service issues.
• To demonstrate competency in nursing core skills as per attached Core Skill Assessment.
• Perform patient & family education and participate in the coaching of junior nurses.
• Supervise junior nursing personnel in providing quality nursing care.
• Managing the clinic supplies and consumables
• Perform duties as assigned by the Clinic manager.

Requirements
