Job Description

• Provision of basic nursing duties (Eg. phlebotomy, vaccination and wounds dressing)
• Assist doctor in procedures including endocrinology investigations and treatment
• Dispensing of medication
• Maintain drugs inventory level and perform quarterly stock take
• Management of patient’s medical records
• Handle phone calls and enquiries, including remote monitoring
• Schedule patient appointments and registration
• Booking of referral appointments
• Perform clinical and administrative duties in clinic and specialty-related procedures during admissions
• Assist in managing smooth and efficient clinic operations
• Assist the surgeon during procedures and ensure the smooth operation of surgical processes
• Patient education & nurse monitoring
• Work efficiently, independently and collaboratively within the small team to multitask required duties
• Regularly update on clinical management as needed
• Any other duties as assigned by the management

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare, with exposure to both clinical and administrative duties.
