Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and characterize thin film ALD/CVD processes to meet targets.
• Own defined portions of a process module and drive issue resolution.

• Engage with tools and hardware teams to improve process stability.
• Communicate results via reports, reviews, and data summaries.
