Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s with ≥3 years, or Bachelor’s with ≥5 years in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools for research, analysis, and problem solving.
• Fundamental understanding of thin film deposition and related device physics.

Responsibilities

• Execute established thin film processes (ALD/CVD) according to procedures and development plans.
• Run experiments, collect data, and document results accurately.
• Perform basic data analysis and present findings in team forums under guidance.
• Support day-to-day process development activities on cell film equipment and routine troubleshooting.
• Develop understanding of how cell film processes impact downstream integration and device behavior.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and manufacturing teams to deliver end-to-end technology solutions.
• Progress toward independent execution of experiments with minimal supervision and AI-assisted improvements.
