Job summary

Micron is seeking an Advanced Packaging Metrology‑RDA Engineer to advance metrology and AI‑assisted inspection for high‑performance packaging technologies. You will lead recipe development, in‑line validation, and data‑driven improvements across Fab and QA teams.

Qualifications

PhD or MS/BS with relevant semiconductor process or equipment experience.
Strong background in data analytics, statistics, DOE, and yield improvement.
Experience with metrology, packaging, and wafer-level construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize metrology recipes for semiconductor processes.
Establish inspection methodologies and validate metrology recipes.
Analyze data with Power BI to track recipe status and project progress.
Own metrology tools and create control plans (OCAP) and SPC charts.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate new tech into manufacturing.
Apply AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and decision making.
