Job summary

Ripple seeks a Staff Software Engineer to build and scale an enterprise reconciliation platform for finance professionals. You will lead design, deployment, and maintenance, guiding a team toward architectural excellence.

With 8+ years in distributed infra and 5+ years as a tech lead, you will shape standards, drive cloud-native practices, and mentor engineers while working in a dynamic, collaborative environment that values delivery and security.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience designing and operating large-scale distributed infrastructure.
• 5+ years as a technical lead mentoring engineers.
• Proficiency with AWS and Kubernetes.
• Deep experience with Linux and Windows server environments and cloud infra on AWS/Azure.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Bash, Python, PowerShell.
• Spark and MSSQL experience; cybersecurity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, scale and maintain infrastructure of the enterprise reconciliation application for finance professionals.
• Collaborate with wider technical teams on design, deployment and continuous improvement of infrastructure.
• Be a technical domain leader, provide guidance and own feature delivery.
• Raise engineering excellence by implementing standard methodologies for architecture, coding, testing, and deployment.
