Job Requirement

• Degree in engineering or its equivalent with minimum 2~3 years work experience
• Strong aptitude for research and development and excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop and maintain relations with multi-functional teams and vendors
• Proficient in statistical data analysis, Design of Experiments (DOE) and comfortable with analysis software tools.
• Highly motivated and adaptable to our demanding, dynamic and rapidly changing work environment; flexibility work attitude for sudden changes in work assignments
• Development or Process engineering background specially in Wafer-level Bumping and Backgrinding process will be an advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize processes for new Packaging technology of SAW products
• Design statistical experiments and analyze results to optimize packaging architecture and/or process conditions.
• Defines package requirements for new technology and customer requirements.
• Drive new technology transfer between development and production lines
• Develops recommendations according to the nature of the new package technology, process, materials and tools/machine qualification and characterization.
• Support Process Engineering to improve process quality and yield of technologies released to manufacturing.
• Responsibilities may include documentation management and an understanding of good manufacturing practices (GMPs).
