Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital in Singapore is seeking a Sr Executive, Facilities Project Services to plan and manage hospital projects to meet cost, time, quality targets and statutory requirements.

You will conduct feasibility studies, update building plans, provide design/project engineering support, and manage development projects within time and budget while implementing robust documentation controls and periodic audits.

Qualifications

• Degree/diploma in architecture, engineering, project management or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience in management of multi-disciplinary fast-track projects and project teams.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organisation skills.
• Good administrative abilities and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct feasibility studies, analyse infrastructure construction costs, prepare budgets and schedules.
• Collate, update and administrate building plans and architectural drawings.
• Conduct feasibility studies and concept plans for new facilities.
• Provide design / project engineering support and general technical advice.
• Manage development projects and ensure completions are within time, cost and quality standards.
• Implement controls and procedures for proper documentation of records and plans; conduct audits on drawings and document control/record processes.

JOB SUMMARY
Plan and manage the hospital projects to meet cost, time, quality targets,statutory requirements, corporate goals and objectives, also to ensure that thespecifications meet with statutory requirements.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SPECIFICi. Plan and conduct feasibility studies, analysis of infrastructure
construction costs, prepare estimated budgets and project schedules.
ii. Collate, update and administrate building plans and architectural drawings.
iii. Conduct feasibility studies and concept plans for new facilities.
iv. Provide design / project engineering support, general technical advice.
v. Manage development projects and ensure completions are within the
desired time, cost and quality standards.
vi. Implement controls and procedures for proper documentation of records
and plans. Conduct periodic audits on drawings and document
control/record management processes.

GENERAL
i) Assist the HOD in cost control as well as the day-to-day generaladministration.
ii) Conduct system studies with the view of improving procedures and methods
related to the department.
iii) Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor / Head of Department.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION : Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, ProjectManagement or Building-related disciplines.
TRAINING : Familiar with commercial drawing softwares
EXPERIENCE : i) Minimum of 3 years post- graduate experience in
management of multi-disciplinary fast-track
projects and project teams.
ii) A good team player with strong interpersonal
communication and organisation skills.
iii) Good administrative abilities and a high degree ofinitiative.
