Job summary

Sengkang General Hospital Pte. Ltd. is seeking a fundraising professional to plan and execute philanthropy initiatives that support healthcare causes and drive donor engagement.

You will work with donors, corporate partners, community supporters and internal stakeholders to manage donor pipelines, lead campaigns and events, and develop proposals and communications while ensuring governance compliance. A degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience is required, and familiarity with Canva,

Qualifications

• Degree required with experience in fundraising, business development, corporate partnerships, marketing communications or event management.
• Proven lead generation, donor engagement and relationship management.
• Strong event and project management, able to run multiple initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong analytical capabilities.
• Proactive, meticulous and target-driven with tight timelines.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Canva, CRM systems and digital payment platforms is advantageous.

Job description

You will plan and execute fundraising and philanthropy initiatives to support healthcare causes and drive donor engagement. Working closely with donors, corporate partners, community supporters and internal stakeholders, you will build and manage donor pipelines, lead fundraising campaigns and events, develop proposals and donor communications, and ensure that all fundraising activities are conducted in accordance with governance requirements, policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Degree with at least 2 years of experience in fundraising, business development, corporate partnerships, marketing communications or event management

• Proven ability in lead generation, donor engagement and relationship management

• Strong event and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical capabilities

• Proactive, meticulous and target-driven, with the ability to deliver results within tight timelines

• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with Canva, CRM systems and digital payment platforms will be advantageous
