Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant fundraising, donor relations, or event coordination experience.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Familiarity with donor management systems or fundraising platforms is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of fundraising compliance and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of fundraising initiatives and donor engagement activities.
• Coordinate fundraising campaigns, events and initiatives.
• Assist with sponsorship proposals and fundraising materials.
• Liaise with donors, sponsors and partners on monetary and in-kind contributions.
• Maintain donor and donation records and prepare fundraising reports.
• Analyse fundraising data to support campaign evaluation and decision-making.
• Research donor prospects, sponsors and fundraising opportunities.
• Support matching grant applications and post-project reporting.
• Process incoming donations, conduct basic due diligence and administer online donation platforms.
• Work with Finance on donation receipting and reconciliation.
• Prepare donation appeals, funding proposals and donor correspondence.
• Support donor stewardship and engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate donor database records.
• Support budget planning and departmental administration.
• Undertake other relevant duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Fundraising & Project Management

• Support fundraising campaigns, events and initiatives.


• Assist with sponsorship proposals and fundraising materials.


• Coordinate fundraising licence applications, appeals and regulatory submissions.


• Liaise with donors, sponsors and partners on monetary and in-kind contributions.


• Maintain donor and donation records and prepare fundraising reports.


• Analyse fundraising data to support campaign evaluation and decision-making.
