Job summary

ServiceNow PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a seasoned enterprise software sales leader to own strategic banking accounts, drive new revenue, and act as a trusted advisor to C-suite on digital transformation and IT modernization.

You will orchestrate cross-functional ServiceNow teams around banking value drivers, align with MAS guidelines, and build ROI cases that translate bank challenges into ROI for the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise software sales targeting banks.
• Strong understanding of MAS/regulatory context in Singapore.
• Proven track record in new business generation and hitting targets.
• Consultative selling with C-suite engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build and own relationships with banking C-suite (CFO, CIO, CRO, Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Digital Officer, Chief Information Security Officer).
• Lead account strategy, expansion planning, and multi-product deal orchestration (ITSM, CRM, Security & Risk, Employee Experience).
• Develop business cases and ROI narratives around operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and IT resilience for banking stakeholders.
• Coordinate Solutions Consultants, Specialists, Customer Success, and Partners to deliver banking-specific solutions.

The Role

Required

• 10+ years of enterprise software sales with demonstrated experience selling into banks


• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.


• Deep knowledge of Singapore's banking market (tier-1/tier-2 bank priorities, MAS regulatory expectations, fintech landscape)


• Proven track record of new business generation and achieving sales targets


• Consultative selling approach; ability to translate banking challenges into ServiceNow ROI narratives


• Experience orchestrating across internal teams (Solutions Consultants, Specialists, Partners) in a "win as a team" environment


• Strong executive presence with banking C-suite
