Qualifications

• Degree holder with approximately 8 years of working experience.
• Experience in strategy, policy, organisational development or corporate planning.
• Healthcare/public sector experience advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning, policy development and organisational performance initiatives to advance organisational priorities.
• Conduct research, environmental scanning and analysis to support management decision-making and long-term planning.
• Support strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement and advocacy initiatives that strengthen the organisation's positioning, influence and institutional impact
• Strengthen organisational effectiveness, resilience and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate governance, corporate reporting and organisation-wide coordination activities.
• Prepare management papers, corporate submissions, presentations and reports for leadership discussions.
• Engage across cross-functional teams and deploy across workstreams within the department.

Job Description:

The incumbent supports the Corporate Development function in advancing the organisation's strategic priorities, partnerships and institutional development agenda through participation in strategic, organisational and partnership-related initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

SPECIFIC

Strategic Planning, Partnerships and Advocacy

1. Support strategic planning, policy development and organisational performance initiatives to advance organisational priorities.
2. Conduct research, environmental scanning and analysis to support management decision-making and long-term planning.
3. Support strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement and advocacy initiatives that strengthen the organisation's positioning, influence and institutional impact

Organisational Effectiveness and Alignment

1. Support initiatives that strengthen organisational effectiveness, resilience and continuous improvement.
2. Contribute to projects relating to organisational capability-building, transformation, talent development and organisational alignment.
3. Facilitate stakeholder engagement and support cross-functional initiatives with organisational or enterprise-wide impact.

Corporate Governance and Organisational Coordination

1. Support governance, corporate reporting and organisation-wide coordination activities.
2. Assist in the preparation of management papers, corporate submissions, presentations and reports for leadership discussions.
3. Coordinate engagements with internal and external stakeholders and support corporate events and organisational initiatives.

GENERAL

1. Participate in cross-functional projects and organisational initiatives.
2. Work collaboratively with stakeholders to support project implementation and organisational outcomes.
3. Be deployed across different workstreams within the department in accordance with organisational priorities and developmental needs.
4. Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Educational and Professional Requirements

1. Degree holder with approximately 8 years of working experience.
2. Candidates with relevant experience in strategy, policy, organisational development, healthcare, public sector, consulting, communications or corporate planning may be considered for more senior appointments.
3. Working experience in the healthcare and social sectors. Experience in the government sector will be a key advantage, but not necessary
