Job summary

GlobalFoundries in Singapore is seeking a Sr Associate Engineer, Manufacturing Operations to support production through 12-hour shifts and ensure equipment readiness for module manufacturing. The role requires a Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering and 1-2 years of relevant experience.

You will perform PM and troubleshooting, follow SOPs, maintain tool performance, and uphold safety on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering, Preferably with 1-2 years working experience in electrical / electronics industry.
• Candidate should be able to operate in a 12-hour shift environment and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Perform 12-hour shift to support the running of Production in the Module and ensure equipment readiness and worthiness for production
• Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Troubleshooting of equipment to ensure success & survival rate to meet module goals.
• Troubleshoot basic and chronic equipment related issues to maintain or improve tool performance
• Follow SOP, carry out CAS per specification and execute good maintenance of support tool
• Maintain good housekeeping in the production floor / sub-fab / office and maintenance support areas
• Ensure and follow good safety practice and also safe custody of tools, equipment and other properties belonging to the Module
• Provide proper and accurate passed down of line issues and documentation (fill up and file the checklists)
• Experience in Clean Tech / Wet etch equipment (Wet Bench and Single wafer Equipment) is an added advantage
