GlobalFoundries inc. is seeking an Associate Engineer for Equipment Engineering (200mm CVD) in Singapore. The role involves supporting 12-hour production shifts, ensuring equipment readiness, and contributing to preventive maintenance and installation activities.

You will assist engineers in installing new equipment, troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime, participate in equipment improvement projects, and maintain safe, clean production areas in a high-technology semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical/ Microelectronics Engineering.
• 3+ years of semiconductor equipment experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration on a timely basis.
