Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Hands-on experience using SAP S/4HANA in supply chain processes.
• Experience supporting SAP implementation, enhancement, or transformation projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end supply chain process execution across planning, inventory, warehousing, and shipping.
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation activities including requirements gathering, fit-gap discussions, process mapping, testing, and deployment support.
• Work with business stakeholders to define supply chain process needs and align them with SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
• Support process design and standardization for planning, warehouse operations, shipping, and inventory management.
• Assist in system configuration validation, functional testing, and issue resolution during implementation and enhancement projects.
• Execute test scripts for unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Support data validation, transaction accuracy checks, and process readiness for cutover and go-live.
• Provide post-go-live support to resolve process issues, stabilize operations, and improve user adoption.
• Monitor day-to-day SAP S/4HANA supply chain transactions and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, customer service, and finance.

Job Summary

The Senior Supply Chain Specialist – SAP S/4HANA Implementation & Operational Support is responsible for supporting end-to-end supply chain processes while playing a key role in SAP S/4HANA implementation, process optimization, and post-go-live operational support. This role bridges business operations and system execution across planning, inventory, warehouse, and shipping functions, ensuring that supply chain processes are effectively designed, adopted, and sustained within SAP S/4HANA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end supply chain process execution across planning, inventory, warehousing, and shipping.
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation activities including requirements gathering, fit-gap discussions, process mapping, testing, and deployment support.
• Work with business stakeholders to define supply chain process needs and align them with SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
• Support process design and standardization for planning, warehouse operations, shipping, and inventory management.
• Assist in system configuration validation, functional testing, and issue resolution during implementation and enhancement projects.
• Execute test scripts for unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Support data validation, transaction accuracy checks, and process readiness for cutover and go-live.
• Provide post-go-live support to resolve process issues, stabilize operations, and improve user adoption.
• Monitor day-to-day SAP S/4HANA supply chain transactions and troubleshoot operational issues impacting supply, warehouse, or shipping performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, customer service, and finance.
• Maintain process documentation, work instructions, training materials, and support guides.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in system usage, process flow, and operational performance.
• Support master data quality and process compliance within SAP S/4HANA.
• Act as a liaison between business users and SAP functional/technical teams for incident resolution and enhancement requests.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Information Systems, or related field.

Work Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ of experience in end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Hands-on experience using SAP S/4HANA in supply chain processes.
• Experience supporting SAP implementation, enhancement, or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of planning, warehouse, inventory, and shipping processes.
• Experience with testing, issue tracking, process documentation, and user support.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across both business operations and system/process improvement activities.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout projects.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or regulated industry environments.
• Knowledge of fit-gap analysis, process mapping, and post-go-live support practices.
• Exposure to integration points across procurement, production, logistics, and finance.
• Experience supporting business users during system transition and stabilization phases.
