Job summary

Seagate Technology in Singapore is seeking an Engineering Specialist II, Sputter Source Maintenance to maintain sputter source assemblies and enable high equipment availability. You will perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, rebuild and refurbish components, and troubleshoot failures to minimize downtime.

The role also involves supporting source conversion, upgrade, and qualification work to meet production and engineering needs.

Qualifications

ITE / Diploma in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering or any relevant fields.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel for formulas or macro setting.
Creative qualities, good communication skills will be an advantage.
Doesn't have allergy to alcohol content.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities on sputter source assemblies to ensure equipment reliability and availability.
Conduct source component rebuilding, refurbishment, cleaning, inspection, and replacement according to established maintenance procedures.
Troubleshoot equipment failures and identify root causes to minimize downtime and improve system performance.
Support source conversion, upgrade, and qualification activities to meet production and engineering requirements.
