Job summary

Seagate Technology Singapore is seeking a capable supervisor to lead a team of technicians and Manufacturing Specialists in the TheSputter Offline Maintenance Group. You will oversee area job scopes and ensure adherence to requirements.

The role covers inventory management for consumables and spares, data accuracy across tracking systems, training, and collaboration with HR/EHS to maintain safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in media manufacturing or vacuum maintenance/engineering.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians and Manufacturing Specialists to meet area job scopes.
• Oversee inventory management for consumables and spares.
• Maintain data accuracy of tracking systems for offline sub-assemblies.
• Coordinate employee trainings and track records.
• Ensure safe, compliant work environment per Seagate EHS policies.
• Collaborate with HR/EHS on administrative matters.
