Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore seeks a Sports Executive to oversee sports classes and sections, including softball, pickleball, soccer, swimming, tennis and more. You will assist in organizing events for members and manage facilities bookings.

The role requires 2–3 years in sports operations and fitness certifications; you’ll work with coaches, members and external partners to deliver high‑quality recreational services with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in sports operations, gym operations, or sports management with fitness certifications.
• Certifications from NASM, ACE, FISAF, NCSF, FEA or equivalent.
• Valid First Aid, CPR & AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager in overseeing sports classes and sections.
• Coordinate enquiries and administration for Sports Academies and events with external parties.
• Handle facilities bookings (courts and fields) and manage schedules.
• Record minutes of meetings and prepare materials for Sports Department.
• Support operations and liaise with coaches and members to ensure smooth daily functions.
