Job summary

strength central (sg) pte. ltd. is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee daily gym functions, drive performance, and manage a growing team of trainers, admins, and operations staff.

You will lead recruitment, training, and supervision while presenting, promoting, and selling services to clients. The role requires extensive leadership in sales, customer service excellence, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in the fitness industry.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing and running a business in the fitness industry.
• Highly experienced in gym operations, preferably with overseas experience.
• Experience or exposure to the fitness industry in Hong Kong.
• Experience managing a team and mentoring personal trainers.
• Strong qualifications across multiple areas in health and fitness.
• Experience working in the body transformation space.
• Extensive sales and sales team management experience.
• Up to date knowledge of global trends in the Health and Fitness industry.
• FMS certification preferred.
• Understanding of current MOH and Sports Singapore COVID rules and regulations.
• Undergraduate Degree, preferably a Master’s degree
• International experience preferred.
• First Aid / CPR

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day to day operations, working alongside trainers, admin and operations team.
• Lead all recruiting, training and supervising of staff.
• Face to face consultations - present, promote and sell our services to prospective customers.
• Implement sales procedures and grow a robust sales team.
• Maintaining customer service standards to the level that is expected of One Personal Training.
• Provide ongoing team training & development in order to engage, retain team members and enhance One PT’s overall level of service.
