THE-TEAM is seeking a motivated Executive to join our Singapore team. This early‑career role supports client projects from brief to execution, ensuring milestones are met on time, on budget, and to a quality standard.

You will assist in client servicing, event logistics, and marketing activities while developing insights through research. This role offers exposure to international clients within a global agency environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in events, marketing, sponsorship, or related fields (internship welcome).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• A proactive, positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Passion for sports, music, and entertainment.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager/Account Lead in day-to-day servicing of client accounts, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Support development of activation concepts that deliver on client requests with creative solutions.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing materials for clients.
