THE·TEAM is seeking an enthusiastic Executive to join our Singapore team. This entry‑level role focuses on supporting client work from brief to delivery, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget outcomes, and maintaining high quality across projects.

You will contribute to events, marketing activations, content creation, and research while working with a global agency. A fast‑paced, international environment offers diverse experience and mentorship.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in events, marketing, sponsorship, or related fields.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Passion for sports, music, and entertainment.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken. Additional Asian language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager/Account Lead in day‑to‑day servicing of client accounts, ensuring tasks and deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Support development of activation concepts for client requests with critical thinking and creative solutions.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing materials for clients.
