THE·TEAM in Singapore seeks an entry‑level Executive to support client servicing and event delivery. You will assist account leads, help create activation concepts, and prepare presentations and marketing materials for clients, while coordinating registrations, logistics, and on-site support as needed.

You will also contribute to content development, campaign performance review, and desk research to identify industry opportunities in sports and entertainment.

Formación

• 1–2+ years of experience in events, marketing, sponsorship, or related fields (internship experience welcome).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• A proactive, positive, and “can-do” attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Passion for sports, music, and entertainment. Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Manager/Account Lead in day-to-day servicing of client accounts, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Support in developing activation concepts that deliver on client requests, with critical thinking and creative solutions.
• Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, and marketing materials for clients.
• Provide administrative support for event planning and delivery, including registrations, logistics, and scheduling.
• Work with internal teams and external vendors for smooth project coordination.
• Assist with on-site event support as required.
• Develop content and assets for campaigns aligned with client and brand objectives.
• Monitor event and campaign performance, compiling data for internal and client reporting.
• Conduct desk research on industry trends and opportunities in sports and entertainment.
• Prepare summaries and recommendations to support the team’s strategy.
