THE TEAM in Singapore seeks a passionate Executive at an early career stage to support client servicing and delivery. You will assist in activating concepts, preparing presentations, and coordinating events, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, high‑quality outcomes for clients across sports and entertainment.

This role offers exposure to multiple disciplines and mentorship within a global agency. Responsibilities include event logistics, content creation, performance monitoring, and industry research.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in events, marketing, or related fields (internship welcome).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• A proactive, positive, and “can‑do” attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Passion for sports, music, and entertainment.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken. Additional Asian language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager/Account Lead in day‑to‑day servicing of client accounts, ensuring tasks and deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Support in developing activation concepts that deliver on client requests, demonstrating critical thinking and creative solutions.
• Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and marketing materials for clients.
• Provide administrative support for event planning and delivery, including registrations, logistics, and scheduling.
• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth coordination of projects.
• Assist with on‑site event support as required.
• Help develop content and assets for campaigns, ensuring materials are aligned with client and brand objectives.
• Monitor event and campaign performance, compiling data and insights for internal and client reporting.
• Conduct desk research on industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities in sports and entertainment.
• Prepare summaries and recommendations to support the team’s strategy and decisionmaking.
