Job summary

SMRT Corporation Ltd is seeking a Supervisor, Sponsorships to manage end-to-end sponsorship activities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and providing administrative support across campaigns.

You will oversee sponsorship requests, prepare proposals, liaise with clients and media ops, and monitor entitlements while maintaining strong relationships with partners and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.

• Sponsorship Execution: Provide end-to-end support to sponsorships & campaigns, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on request matters.
• Sponsorship Administration & Operations: Prepare paperwork, manage contracts, artwork, and installations, and ensure procurement compliance.
