Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd invites applications for a Speech and Language Therapist to assess and treat patients in Singapore. You will deliver SLT services including communication and swallowing therapy, and work within a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires a degree or master's in SLT, AHPC registration eligibility, and strong communication skills. Immediate availability is advantageous; prior acute, community, or outpatient experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or Master's in Speech and Language Therapy or equivalent.
• Fully registered or eligible for AHPC registration in Singapore.
• Clinical experience in acute, community, rehabilitation, or outpatient settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Immediate availability or short notice is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and provide speech, language, communication, and swallowing therapy for patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on therapy techniques and home exercises.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
