Singapore General Hospital invites an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our Speech Therapy Department. You will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with communication and swallowing difficulties across adult and paediatric populations, spanning ENT, Oncology, Neurology, and more.

You will contribute to clinical leadership, service development, and research initiatives while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Formación

• Bachelor of Speech Pathology or Master of Science in Speech Pathology required.
• Min 4–6 years of clinical experience in a large acute hospital.
• Experience managing a diverse caseload across adult and/or pediatric populations.
• Eligible for registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore.
• Experience in supervision, teaching, or leadership preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive assessment and management of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based intervention plans.
• Manage complex clinical cases within acute and outpatient settings.
• Mentor and supervise junior staff and contribute to staff development.
• Participate in service development, quality improvement, and research initiatives.
• Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Undertake delegated operational and administrative responsibilities.
