Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Speech-Language Therapist to assess and treat patients with communication and swallowing needs. You will develop individualized plans, monitor progress, and educate families while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

We value strong communication and collaboration, with preference for candidates who can work independently in acute, community, rehabilitation or outpatient settings. Immediate availability is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Degree or Master’s in Speech and Language Therapy or equivalent.
• Fully registered or eligible for registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore.
• Relevant clinical experience in acute, community, rehabilitation, or outpatient settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Immediate availability or short notice will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and provide speech, language, communication, and swallowing therapy for patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on therapy techniques and home exercises.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
