Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group in Singapore is seeking a Specification & Project Executive to support project specification writing and coordination. You will bridge sales, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely submissions and track project progress.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in relevant fields and has at least 5 years of experience in construction or project coordination. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction, building materials, or project coordination preferred.
• Knowledge of construction practices and regulations; familiarity with Singapore standards is an advantage.
• Strong documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support product specifications, technical submissions, and tender documents.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, distributors, and internal teams on project updates.
• Track project progress from specification to award, delivery, and completion.
• Prepare and follow up on progress claims and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate project reports, documentation, and pipeline tracking.
