steadpath asia pte. ltd. seeks a Specification Manager to drive product specifications with architects, consultants, developers, contractors and authorities at design stages.

You will monitor project pipelines, report on market activities, and support marketing initiatives to promote branding. The role requires engineering qualifications, strong presentation and communication skills, and the ability to interpret technical drawings.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering related to Structural / Building / Construction / Architecture or related discipline.
• Strong presentation, engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Willing to travel and possess own vehicle (advantage).
• Bi-lingual shall be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Engage architects, consultants, developers, contractors, and authorities at concept/design stages to have product specified or approved.
• Track project pipelines to convert specifications into secured projects.
• Maintain reporting on project status, market activities, and opportunities.
• Support marketing and sales initiatives to promote branding.
• Perform market research for expansion opportunities and pricing strategies.
• Assist R&D with market needs and trend insights for product innovation.
