AMS is seeking a Talent Sourcer to partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify and attract top banking talent. You will build strong candidate pipelines using market insights, talent mapping, and direct sourcing, while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

You will engage with stakeholders, manage multiple openings, and contribute to a responsive, data-driven recruitment strategy in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in banking, across Investment/Corporate/Private Banking.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to handle multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup, 3–4 days onsite.

The Role:

As a Talent Sourcer, you will partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to identify, engage, and attract top talent for Deutsche Bank. Using market insights, sourcing tools, and talent mapping techniques, you will build strong candidate pipelines for specialist and hard-to-fill roles.

You will act as a brand ambassador, engaging candidates with compelling career opportunities while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Success in this role requires strong research and sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to proactively identify and connect with high-quality talent in a competitive market.

Key Accountabilities:

• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Identify, attract, and engage high-quality talent through market research, talent mapping, and direct sourcing.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct candidate outreach and screening to assess skills, experience, and career aspirations.
• Provide market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions and recruitment strategy.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and relationship management.
• Maintain accurate candidate data, track sourcing activity, and ensure compliance with recruitment processes and systems.

Skills & Requirements:

• Prior recruiting experience within the banking industry is required, preferably across Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, and/or Private Banking.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Amenable to a hybrid work setup, with 3-4 days per week onsite.
