Job summary

AMS is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead strategic workforce planning and end-to-end recruitment for the AI Centre of Excellence, focusing on leadership, specialist, and emerging talent.

You will partner with AI CoE leaders, HR, government agencies, universities, and external partners to build sustainable talent pipelines, fellowships and apprenticeships, and drive high-quality hiring through analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage fellowship and apprenticeship programmes, driving talent development, programme governance, and conversion to permanent hires.
• Deliver end-to-end recruitment for leadership, specialist, and emerging talent roles while enhancing hiring quality through standardized assessment processes.
• Leverage workforce analytics, forecasting, and reporting to provide hiring insights, mitigate talent risks, and drive continuous improvement across recruitment operations.
