Alexander Mann Solutions in Singapore seeks a Senior Recruiter to partner with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment for critical roles, ensuring timelines, quality, and KPIs while handling complex processes. This role supports high-touch stakeholder groups, manages multiple interview stages, and negotiates offers while delivering an excellent candidate and client experience.

The position requires Singapore experience with APAC exposure, with onsite 2-3 days weekly and a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment across Pharmaceuticals / Biopharmaceuticals
• Strong recruitment experience in Singapore with APAC exposure
• Ability to manage high-volume hiring across multiple functions (e.g. Shared Services, Manufacturing, Sales, and Research)
• Strong communication skills and confidence in working with demanding hiring managers
• Willingness to work onsite 2-3 days a week

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior hiring managers, acting as a strategic recruitment partner.
• Deliver end-to-end recruitment services in line with SLAs, KPIs, and hiring targets.
• Lead intake discussions, advising on role requirements, sourcing strategies, timelines, and market insights.
• Partner with Sourcing and Administration teams to ensure strong candidate pipelines and a smooth hiring experience.
• Manage complex hiring processes, including multiple interview rounds, offer strategy, and negotiations.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience from engagement to start date.
• Monitor recruitment data, funnels, and reporting for accuracy, compliance, and visibility.
• Maintain full compliance with client, legal, and AMS governance requirements while identifying risks and improvements.

The Role

The Senior Recruiter partners closely with hiring managers to deliver high-to-end, end-to-end recruitment for critical roles, meeting agreed timelines, quality standards, and KPIs. This role supports high-touch stakeholder groups, managing more complex hiring needs, multiple interview stages, and detailed offer discussions, while ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.

Key Accountabilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior hiring managers, acting as a strategic recruitment partner.
• Deliver end-to-end recruitment services in line with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and hiring targets.
• Lead vacancy intake discussions, advising on role requirements, sourcing strategies, timelines, and market insights.
• Partner closely with Sourcing and Administration teams to ensure strong candidate pipelines and a smooth hiring experience.

Skills & Requirements

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing and screening across Pharmaceuticals / Biopharmaceuticals
• Strong recruitment experience in Singapore, with exposure to APAC hiring
• Ability to manage high-volume hiring across multiple functions (e.g. Shared Services, Manufacturing, Sales, and Research)
• Strong communication skills and confidence in working with demanding hiring managers
• Willingness to work onsite 2-3 days a week
