Job summary

AMS is seeking a Senior Recruiter in Singapore to partner with banking leaders to deliver end-to-end recruitment across key banking roles. You will source, assess, and secure top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, market insights, and the ability to manage complex recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment. A hybrid work setup with 3–4 days onsite is offered.

Qualifications

• Prior recruiting experience within the banking industry is required, preferably across Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, and/or Private Banking.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver end-to-end recruitment for key banking roles.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing market insights, hiring guidance, and recruitment expertise.
• Develop and execute effective hiring strategies in collaboration with sourcing teams and stakeholders.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including role briefing, candidate assessment, interview management, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Build strong talent pipelines and proactively support future hiring needs through workforce planning and talent mapping.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience while meeting hiring targets, SLAs, and quality standards.
• Ensure accurate recruitment data, process compliance, and adherence to all regulatory and client requirements.

The Role

As aSenior Recruiter, you will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver end-to-end recruitment across key banking functions. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, assessing, and securing top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

Working in a fast-paced and high-touch environment, you will provide market insights, advise on hiring strategies, manage complex recruitment processes, and lead offer negotiations. Success in this role requires strong stakeholder management skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to deliver quality hires within agreed timelines and recruitment objectives.
