• Maintain compliance records, documentation, and supporting evidence required for internal audits, external audits, and regulatory examinations.
• Support periodic compliance reviews, monitoring activities, and on-site visits to Western Union-owned locations, including the coordination of training and awareness initiatives for Front Line Agents.
• Perform periodic compliance sampling checks to verify adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and support the tracking, escalation, and remediation of identified issues.
• Support audits and examinations, by preparing requested documents, maintaining supporting evidence, tracking information requests, and coordinating responses with relevant stakeholders.
• Perform administrative and operational tasks associated with compliance activities, including record keeping, tracking of action items, and follow‑up on compliance‑related matters.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with strong written and verbal communication skills, knowledge in other languages is a plus.
• Good understanding of basic AML/CFT concepts and MAS regulations.
• At least 1-2 years’ experience with relevant AML certifications (ACAMS, ICA, etc.), or willingness to pursue them will be an advantage

• Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail oriented. Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel.
• Must be technically adept and able to be comfortable with systems for monitoring and reporting.
