The Western Union Company in Singapore seeks an AML Compliance Specialist to support MAS regulatory adherence and global standards. You will contribute to regulatory submissions, audits, and ongoing compliance activities within the Singapore Compliance team.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of AML-related experience or certifications (ACAMS, ICA). Hybrid work arrangement and diverse benefits are provided.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree with strong written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Good understanding of basic AML/CFT concepts and MAS regulations.
• At least 1–2 years’ experience with AML certifications (ACAMS, ICA, etc.) or willingness to pursue them; analytical and problem-solving skills; detail oriented; proficient with MS Word/Excel; comfortable with monitoring/reporting systems.

Mansioni

• Support preparation of regulatory submissions and responses to regulators, law enforcement, agents and partners.
• Maintain compliance records and documentation for internal/external audits and regulatory examinations.
• Support periodic compliance reviews, monitoring activities, and on-site visits to Western Union locations; coordinate training for Front Line Agents.
• Perform periodic compliance sampling checks; track, escalate and remediate issues.
• Support audits and examinations by preparing documents and coordinating responses with stakeholders.
• Perform administrative and operational tasks related to compliance activities, including record keeping and tracking action items.
