Job summary

The International French School of Singapore is seeking an experienced, dynamic and passionate educator to coordinate inclusive education at the secondary level. You will align pedagogical, administrative and human dimensions to ensure the success of students with special educational needs, developing tailored support and working closely with teachers and staff.

Qualifications

Qualified teacher with experience in adapted education for students with disabilities.
Experience at secondary level, RASED/ULIS/SEGPA settings is required.
Familiarity with French education system and disability support frameworks.

Responsibilities

Implement, lead and monitor PPREs and contribute to PAP/PPS/PAI plans.
Support students within the GAIN framework through individual or small-group work.
Monitor student files and liaise with GAIN and Academic Leadership.
Organise educational team meetings and safeguard/monitoring meetings.
Assist teachers in analyzing difficulties and designing differentiated responses.
Support teachers in differentiated classroom practices and evidence-based assessment.
Facilitate social integration and parent engagement.
Ensure continuity of support during transitions (Year 7).
Maintain links with external professionals and use ICT to support learning.
