Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Spare Parts Executive to join our service team at Lentor, Singapore. You will prepare quotations, coordinate spare parts orders, and liaise with customers on pricing and lead times, ensuring timely delivery.

Working hours are 8am–5pm, five days a week (Mon-Fri). The ideal candidate has a diploma in engineering or related field and 1–2 years of experience in spare parts or technical sales support, with proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in spare parts, technical sales support, or engineering coordination.
• Familiar with industrial equipment or machinery spare parts is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue spare parts quotations based on technical requirements.
• Process and coordinate spare parts orders, delivery schedules, and order tracking.
• Liaise with customers on parts availability, pricing, and lead time.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal engineering/service teams on spare parts requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders, and inventory movement.
• Support spare parts identification and basic technical clarification with customers.
