Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Space Planner in Singapore to support non-project space planning inquiries within Moves, Additions and Changes. You will work with client teams to assess space needs, update drawings, and monitor furniture and workstation inventories.

Joined by data-driven analysis, you will evaluate facility requirements, attend client meetings, and deliver planning recommendations while aligning with CBRE RISE values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor moves, planning, and inventory of furniture and workstations.
• Analyze data related to facility requirements and space needs.
• Perform supply and demand assessments with recommendations.
• Attend meetings with client representatives and assist planning of space requirements.
• Update drawings and related databases.
• Report on work environment and delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
