Job summary

LI XIN BEAUTY WELLNESS PTE. LTD. is expanding and seeking committed candidates to join our massage team. You will provide consistent professional spa massage (body or foot) in line with spa standards and maintain high service levels.

You will also handle housekeeping of treatment rooms and facilities, prepare treatment products and stock replenishment, and respond to customer queries politely. Weekend and public holiday work is required.

Qualifications

• Preferably with ITEC / WSQ certificate or massage certification.
• Able to commit on weekends/public holidays.
• Able to work long hours and overtime.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

Job Description

• Provide consistent professional spa massage (either body or foot) in accordance with spa standards.
• Ensure high level of service standards
• Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities, Treatment rooms and other parts of the spa.
• Responsible preparing the necessary treatment products, replenishment of stocks, towels supply etc.
• Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and politely
• Follow and comply with the instructions given by Spa Manager

Requirements
