Job summary

LIFESPA SLENDER'S BODYRITE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Massage Therapist to perform back, shoulder and body massages as well as facial massage.

You will assist in-house training, follow SOPs, and maintain cleanliness of the branch while delivering attentive service to clients. The role requires a presentable, motivated individual capable of building long-term relationships, achieving sales targets, and working with English or Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Qualified with working experience, preferably in relevant industry.
• Willingness to learn and demonstrates a positive working attitude.
• Must possess Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Perform back, shoulder & body massage.
• Perform facial massage.
• Assist Spa supervisor conduct in-house training.
• Carry out spa treatment according to SOP and service standard.
• Responsible for housekeeping, maintenance and cleanliness of the Branch.
• Attentive to customer's needs at all times.
• Able to establish long term customer relationship.
• Achieve individual sales performance.
• To clean up and sterilize all the equipment used after each procedure.
• Able to handle customers' enquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of work area.
• Prepare and serve beverages to customer.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
