Responsibilities include greeting guests, checking in arrivals, promoting spa offerings, handling payments, and balancing receipts.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule services for individuals and groups using spa reservations software.
• Call guests to confirm scheduled services and answer questions about available services.
• Process guest payments and balance cash receipts with Accounting.
• Check in guests, provide spa orientation, and promote and sell spa services.
• Maintain professional appearance and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Handle and log tips and ensure confidentiality of proprietary information.
